Project Controls Specialist I, II
The Project Control Specialists support project and program integration activities by developing, maintaining, and monitoring resource loaded schedules, preparing cost estimates, tracking actual cost, and performing earned value calculations (cost performance index, schedule performance index, etc.). Ensures work is completed as scheduled. Identifies trends for management attention. Supports development of project plans. Good computer skills with software applications, such as cost/earned value software (Cobra) and Primavera scheduling software.
Project Controls Specialist I - Requires Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent, and 5 years’ experience.
Project Controls Specialist II - Requires Bachelor degree in a technical field or equivalent, and 8 years’ experience.
